  • Customer Service: Assisting passengers with inquiries, feedback, and concerns both in person and over the phone.
  • Transit Information: Providing accurate and timely information about routes, schedules, fares, and service changes.
  • Transit Pass Office: Issuing HOLO cards, other fare payment methods, and management of the Lost & Found system.
  • Customer Communications: Developing and implementing communication strategies to keep passengers informed about service updates, events, and promotions.
  • Fare Counting: Ensuring accurate fare collection through the counting, reconciliation, and reporting of fare revenues.
